Company Profile

 Yannette Fichou-Edwards has been creating in the kitchen for over 30 years.  Raised on the principles of traditional French cooking, Yannette has expanded her knowledge of the world's cuisine through formal study as well as personal visits to over 100 countries.  Professional experience at Home Chef Cooking School in the Sunset Magazine kitchen has rounded out her knowledge.  Yannette shares her extensive knowledge of technique and style through formal and private classes in the San Francisco Bay Area.  She is a member of Les Dames D'Escoffier, which is an invitational organization of women leaders in food, beverage, and hospitality whose mission is education, advocacy, and philanthropy.  She is also a member of the American Institute of Wine and Food.  Yannette has published four cookbooks and caters unique and memorable events.
